Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a UK Top 100 law firm.

Our client is an award-winning UK law firm with offices spread across the South of England. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Corporate team in Bath.

The role will involve having some responsibility for aspects of file management, under supervision. Duties will also include:

  • Drafting legal documents using appropriate precedents and templates which address all relevant legal and factual issues and accurately reflect the client's instructions
  • Undertaking effective legal research, using appropriate methods and sourcing, presenting the results accurately and clearly
  • Learning firm policies and business processes, ensuring compliance particularly with regards to confidentiality, security , data protection and file retention and destruction requirements
  • Undertake all training relating to risk & compliance, keeping up to date with changes and best practice, etc.

To be considered, you must be a law graduate with excellent academics and/or have some paralegal experience (ideally within corporate law).

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £26,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package. The firm is also open to a mixture of office and remote working.
