Are you looking for a Reception/ Front of House opportunity within a professional services firm / legal / corporate environment?

Would you like to develop your career within a growing business with great working culture and people?

An exiting opportunity for a presentable and experienced Corporate Receptionist to support an international law firm in the City of London. This is a permanent role, paying up to £35,000pa, working Mon-Fri in the office, 8am to 6pm.

Working with other Receptionists, your duties will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact to the business in person and via telephone
  • Greeting clients and visitors, offering refreshments
  • Regular checks of meeting rooms and client facing areas
  • Managing meeting room booking system
  • Preparing meeting rooms for meetings and conferences
  • Manage incoming / outgoing post
  • Managing e-mail queries
  • Update relevant data and information onto inhouse systems
  • Issuing passes and ensuring H&S at front of house
  • Dealing with all relevant administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the reception area

You will be a confident communicator with a positive work ethic and the ability to work under pressure whilst still delivering to the highest standard.
