Are you based in and around Chichester, and looking to work for a leading Law firm who offer great opportunities for professional growth and development? If so, this may be the role for you!

A client of ours are looking for a receptionist to join the team, to ensure the smooth running of the office, as well as be responsible for onboarding new clients to their internal client management system. The role would suit anyone who has worked in a customer/client facing role before, who is looking for an opportunity to join an award winning legal firm and build a career!

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Answer, log and transfer inbound phone calls politely and efficiently
  • Check and maintain daily calendar of visitors
  • Meet and greet incoming clients/customers
  • Office admin duties i.e. ordering supplies/stationery
  • Work closely with facilities manager to raise any building or supplier issues (i.e. plumbing/electrical)
  • Assist with onboarding of client files using their Online Management System

To be successful in the role, you should portray the following attributes:

  • Confident, polite and approachable
  • Good telephone manner and ability to communicate clearly
  • Good organisational skills with a "can-do" attitude
  • Sufficient IT knowledge i.e. MS Word/Excel etc.
