Monday to Friday / 8am - 5pm
Search Manchester are working with a very well established client based within the Salford Quays area who are looking for a an experienced Corporate Receptionist on a temporary bases with the opportunity of a permanent role for the right candidate.
This roles is suitable for someone who has very strong customer service and administrative skills within a corporate environment and available to start work immediately.
Typical Duties Include:
* First point of contact for visitors and staff
* Receive and organise all mail and packages
* Always present a professional and friendly manner
* Advise all visitors with relevant information
* Organize written and electronic mail
* Transfer information to relevant teams
Skills:
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive attitude with excellent initiative
* Accurate typing and shorthand skills
* Excellent time management skills
* reliable, professional, and independent
