£30-35k + bonus + benefits
Exciting opportunity for a presentable and polished candidate to work in this FTSE 100 company in London.
- Meet and greet guests - showing excellent client service and management
- Answer main Reception phone line
- Screen calls and direct to correct staff member
- Processing expenses
- Preparation of Meeting Rooms: Set up and clear rooms, order and stock Reception fridge with bottled water, keep Reception area tidy
- Arrange bike couriers and deal with post
- Set up meetings
- Arrange in-house lunches and refreshments for meetings
- Adhoc - administration
Person specification
- Previous corporate experience of Reception from a FTSE100 or similar
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Have good knowledge of Word/Outlook
