Receptionist - London Office
£30-35k + bonus + benefits

Exciting opportunity for a presentable and polished candidate to work in this FTSE 100 company in London.

  • Meet and greet guests - showing excellent client service and management
  • Answer main Reception phone line
  • Screen calls and direct to correct staff member
  • Processing expenses
  • Preparation of Meeting Rooms: Set up and clear rooms, order and stock Reception fridge with bottled water, keep Reception area tidy
  • Arrange bike couriers and deal with post
  • Set up meetings
  • Arrange in-house lunches and refreshments for meetings
  • Adhoc - administration

Person specification

  • Previous corporate experience of Reception from a FTSE100 or similar
  • Excellent presentation and customer service skills
  • Have good knowledge of Word/Outlook
