Receptionist
  • Hourly Salary: £12
  • Location: Camberley
  • Job Type: Temporary (2 weeks)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis for 2 weeks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and delivering excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, has great communication skills, and can handle a busy front desk.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or services within the organisation.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Managing the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Handling queries and providing a high level of customer service.
  • Performing administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organising documentation if required.
  • Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and telephone switchboard systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
