Our client are a long standing, super friendly B2B supplier of premium products. Established in 2007 they have had huge success with some of the biggest and most exclusive brands.
After an exciting period of growth, in both product range and customer base, we’re looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Administrator to join their team at their Congleton head office.
Working within the corporate team, you’ll support on a wide range of administrative tasks from raising purchase orders to liaising with suppliers and sending quotes to customers.
The ideal Corporate Sales Administrator will have experienced within a similar Sales Support role and will be confident with communication across directors, colleagues, customers and suppliers.

Working within the corporate team, you’ll support on a wide range of administrative tasks from raising purchase orders to liaising with suppliers and sending quotes to customers.
- Support overall administration for Sales team
- Dealing with suppliers and chasing orders
- Handle enquiries for customers and international suppliers
- Processing sales orders onto their in-house system
- Support two specific sales account managers with all activities.
- Producing quote for customers
- Answering the phone
- Managing sales inbox
- Helping with follow up’s and ensuring orders are secured
- Branding support and producing mock ups
- Sending proforma invoices to customers
- Order book management
- Helping with any tracking / shipping queries
The ideal Corporate Sales Administrator will have experienced within a similar Sales Support role and will be confident with communication across directors, colleagues, customers and suppliers.
- Work well autonomously as well as within a team
- Handle and prioritise a range of administrative tasks
- Good organisational and analytical application
- A friendly and relaxed working environment
- Early finish Fridays
