  • Knowledge of Financial Services regulatory requirements would be a distinct advantage.
  • A thorough knowledge of Corporate secretarial practice, corporate and financial services law and the regulatory focus on Corporate Governance and Effective Boards.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Practical experience of managing projects and delivering change to the business.
  • Able to manage relationships at all levels of the business to influence the achievement of good board outcomes.
