Holborn – office based

£48,000 - £65,000 (DOE)

My client is looking to recruit a solicitor with up to 2 years’ experience, to join their growing corporate & commercial team. The department acts for a range of clients, from public companies to owner-managed businesses across areas such as;

  • Acquisition & Sales
  • Asset Transfers and Financing
  • Secured Lending & Debt Finance
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Private Equity & Venture Capital
  • Data Protection & Privacy
  • IT
  • Distribution, Co-operation & Exclusivity Arrangements
  • Co-operative Ownership
  • Joint Ventures, Partnerships & Shareholder Agreements

About you

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • NQ – 2 PQE with experience gained working in a corporate team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be collaborative and a good team player – no silo mentality
