CORPORATE SOLICITOR, 2+ YEARS PQE, NEWCASTLE, UP TO C£60,000 DOE - Expanding team within Legal 500 Regional law firm offering hybrid working and career opportunities the firm. JOB REF:6044

• This award-winning Corporate department is looking to strengthen its team with the recruitment of a solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in corporate law
• You will be involved in a broad range of Corporate work, but principally M&A transactions, joint venture and shareholders’ agreements, advice on corporate governance, partnership matters, and general commercial advice.
• The focus will be advising the team’s impressive roster of business clients. You will have early exposure to market leading transactions working with our high quality client base.
• You will be expected to run your own caseload, with supervision where required, as well as working on larger deal teams alongside senior colleagues.
