The firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Solicitor to join its esteemed team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Law and a passion for delivering top-notch Legal services to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising Clients on a wide range of Corporate matters including Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and Corporate Restructuring
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Commercial Contracts and agreements
• Providing strategic Legal advice to Clients in relation to Corporate Governance and compliance
• Assisting with business development and fostering strong Client relationships
• Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to provide holistic Legal solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with a valid practicing certificate
• NQ to 5 years’ experience in Corporate Law
• Strong knowledge of Scottish Corporate Law and regulations
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
