Corporate Solicitor/Associate (2–5 PQE)

Join a collaborative and growing corporate law team working across two key West Midlands offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor or Associate to become part of a dynamic team advising on a wide range of M&A, equity investment, reorganisation and structuring work.
The Role:
You’ll work closely with 3 corporate partners and 4 associates, advising a diverse client base on both domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents related to M&A, investments and reorganisations
- Handling due diligence and producing reports for corporate transactions
- Advising on shareholder agreements, EMI schemes and corporate structuring
- Providing general corporate legal support to a variety of clients
- Taking an active role in client relationship management and business development
What You’ll Bring:
- 2–5 years’ PQE in corporate law
- Strong drafting, negotiation and legal research skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to legal work
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong client service focus
- A genuine interest in business growth and client engagement
