I am seeking a skilled and ambitious Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join a well-respected firm in Tunbridge Wells. This role involves providing comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services to their diverse clientele. As a key member of the team, you will assist Managers and Senior Managers in delivering exceptional client work and advisory projects.
Duties
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Drive the delivery of advisory and compliance services
- Undertake ad-hoc consultancy work and assist with special assignments.
- Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and departmental KPIs.
- Contribute to marketing and business development activities.
Experience Required
- Relevant tax experience within a practice environment
- Strong technical capabilities in tax advisory and compliance.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in staff management and mentoring.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
