Corporate Tax Manager

Corporate Tax Manager in a Big 4 Accountancy Practice based in London! We are working closely with our prestigious client to further expand their increasingly growing corporation tax team focusing on international corporates.

Clients include household names in nearly all sectors allowing a diverse portfolio and the ability to gain an insight into different tax issues.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients and understanding how to tackle tax issues related to their needs as well as managing a client portfolio and ensuring firms' compliance is upkept. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients and delivering compliance pieces
• Providing tax planning to clients and assisting senior managers, directors and partners to deliver this
• Supporting tax audits of large international corporates
• Developing the wider team through the involvement of training, technical education, and soft skill developments

Requirements

Candidates will need to be fully CTA or ACA qualified with significant experience in UK and International corporate tax working on complex transactions.

Additional requirements include:

• Experience in tax accounting and tax audits is advantageous but not essential
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth processes and organisation
• Show initiative when dealing with clients
• Ability to build great client relationships with clients and the team
• Experience in delegating work and managing projects
