Corporate Tax Senior
Corporate Tax Senior in a top 25 Accountancy Practice in London! We are working closely with our client to add to their well-established corporation tax team who are looking for a senior tax consultant to develop their corporation tax knowledge with the opportunity to work on ad-hoc advisory pieces.
They have offices based within central London and other surrounding areas.

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Corporate Tax Senior, you will be working collaboratively within the corporate tax team to deliver high standard work and manage a portfolio of clients ranging from SME's to OMBs. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Prepare Company Tax Returns with supporting schedules and computations as well as potential reviews
- Providing training and mentorship to junior staff
- Assisting with ad-hoc advisory pieces where required
- Conducting tax accounting and liaising closely with the audit teams in order to implement tax figures into the accounts
- Monitoring payment dates and filing deadlines
- Involvement within ATED, ERS returns, EMI and P11Ds
- Searching for tax planning opportunities and identifying innovative solutions
- Communicating with clients and dealing with HMRC
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling within the business
Requirements
Candidates will need to be either ACA/CTA qualified or at final stages of their qualification with solid corporate tax technical knowledge as well as practical knowledge.
Additional requirements include:
- Business tax knowledge with preferable experience in tax reporting
- Experience and knowledge of tax issues affecting OMB's
- Ability to understand UK financial statements and accounting standards
- Solid computing skills as well as preferred experience using AlphaTax software
