Corporate Transactions Manager- Ipswich

Our client is a one of the largest accountancy firms based in East Anglia. They have offices throughout the region, and they are seeking a Corporate Transactions Manager to join their growing team.

To be considered for this position you must be:

  • ACA, ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Corporate Finance experience (company sales, purchases, due diligence, forecasts, valuations etc.)
  • Significant post-qualified experience within practice
  • Experience of managing staff and a portfolio of clients
  • Be proactive in identifying practical solutions to internal and client issues

The role will involve:

  • Business sales
  • Business acquisitions
  • Due diligence reporting
  • Valuations
  • Strategic planning
