You will work for a global professional services company, committed to transforming performance for a green, inclusive, and productive world. You will be an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor and you will be at the forefront of delivering world-class infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are cost-effective and meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of cost management on major infrastructure projects, including cost planning, control, and reporting.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost plans for infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, providing regular updates and forecasts.
  • Conduct cost risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the procurement process, including the preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of bids.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide cost advice and support to clients, ensuring their financial objectives are met.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management practices and processes.
 
The ideal candidate will have the below:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in cost management within the infrastructure sector, including transportation, utilities, and public sector projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and manage large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
