The Recruitment Co. are currently recruiting for one of our key clients in Manchester and this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide an effective and timely service to all clients / customers
  • Communicate with clients of the department professionally
  • Maintain excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Manage your own caseload
  • Keep up to date with all aspects of the law relating to costs law and the Civil Procedure Rules
  • Take on work in a variety Personal Injury, Court of Protection, Commercial and Solicitor/Client matters, including; Bills of Costs, Replies and/or Points of Dispute, Costs Budgets, Negotiations and Advices

The Candidate:

  • Costs drafts person experience
  • Experience of working within Personal Injury
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage time and priorities effectively
  • Confident communicator - ability to work with fee earners at all levels
