Costs Draftsman - Legal Aid

London - Hybrid

An award-winning Legal 500 firm in London seeks an experienced Costs Draftsman for their Family Department, with potential to support other areas. Offering up to £60,000 and flexible working (3 days in-office, 2 from home).

This role requires hands-on billing experience using CCMS and CWA, handling EC1, ECF, Claim1, Claim2, and Detailed Bills. Familiarity with legal aid billing and liaising with costs draftsmen is essential, while experience in public law claims and inter partes bill negotiation is a plus.
