Our client is a reputable law firm with offices across the North West. They are currently recruiting a Costs Draftsperson on an 18th month fixed-term contract to join their Liverpool city centre or Wirral office. The firm offers an attractive hybrid working policy, along with flexible working hours and a competitive salary.

Your new role
This Costs Draftsperson role will see you working within the firm's Technical Costs department, dealing primarily with RTA cases. Costs will include intermediate track, multi-track and fixed cost disputes. You will be asked to draft bills of costs, prepare Precedent H budgets, deal with Part 8 matters and deal with fixed costs disputes.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be an experienced Costs Draftsperson or Costs Lawyer with extensive experience in drafting and preparing bills. An excellent knowledge of CPR and Case Law is required. Previous experience of high value costs is essential. .
