TSR Legal are working with a distinguished legal firm that values expertise and dedication. The firm are seeking a meticulous and experienced In House Costs Draftsperson to join their esteemed Family team in Bath. This is a chance to immerse yourself in a role that demands precision, offering a permanent, full-time position that promises to challenge and enhance one's professional journey.

The selected individual will play a pivotal role in the firm, focusing on the preparation and submission of Legal Aid payments, processing High Cost Case Plans, and liaising with fee earners and support staff on a variety of legal costs matters. The essence of the role is to ensure that all processes and practices adhere to the highest quality and service standards.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a Legal Aid environment with a proven track record in CCMS drafting and submission of bills. A keen eye for detail, exceptional numerical acumen, and robust administrative skills are essential. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills, will be key to thriving in this role.
