Counterbalance Driver For Night Shift
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials within our warehouse, ensuring safety and efficiency. Key duties include loading and unloading goods, maintaining inventory records, and collaborating with team members.
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 22:00-6:00
Responsibilities:
- Unloading deliveries, checking goods received against orders, and inspecting for any damage.
- Operating a counterbalance truck to move goods around the warehouse, ensuring safety and efficiency at all times.
- Properly storing goods in the warehouse, ensuring that they are organized and easily accessible.
- Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining inventory records.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid and accredited Bendi / Counterbalance truck licence.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
- Good communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and supervisors.
- High level of accuracy in handling and recording goods.
