Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Our client in Basildon is looking for a Temporary Counterbalance Driver to support them during a period of sickness.

Immediate start

Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm

Location: Basildon

As a Store Person in our warehouse in Basildon, you are at the heart of our operations. Picking/packing spare parts and consumables to be distributed to our field engineers, enabling them to successfully complete a variety of jobs (repairs, maintenance and commissions) on our customer’s premises.

Key Responsibilities

· Assisting with an unloading and loading vehicles during deliveries, ensuring all goods match the relevant paperwork and deliveries are stacked and secured to reduce the risk of damaged product.

· Storing and rotating stock accordingly inline with established procedures.

· Reporting and documenting any damaged/missing goods to Warehouse Operations Manager.

· Ensure all stock is recorded and managed correctly on the warehouse management system.

· Enusre efficient warehouse operations by adhering to the operational procedures, processes and schedule in place.

· Daily picking stock and replenishing shelves

· Packing stock for dispatch.

· Ensuring the warehouse environment is tidy, cleaned and equipment regularly maintained.

· Regular stock checks
