As a Cover Supervisor, you will take charge of classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-set work and maintaining a focused and respectful learning environment. This position is ideal for those considering a career in teaching or education.
Key Responsibilities:-
Supervise lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher

Manage student behaviour and ensure lesson objectives are met

Provide support and guidance to students where needed

Work closely with teaching staff to ensure consistency in learning

Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work etc.)

Excellent communication and classroom management skills
