About the Role:

LTF Recruitment is partnering with a high-achieving school in Westminster that is seeking a Cover Supervisor to start in September. This school offers a supportive environment with modern facilities, perfect for both staff and students. Many Cover Supervisors here progress to teacher training within the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team of Cover Supervisors to deliver lessons across the curriculum.
  • Provide pastoral support to designated students.
  • Support extra-curricular activities.
  • Identify opportunities for student progress.
  • Help students develop key skills and understanding.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a 2:1 degree or above.
  • Experience in a school setting is desirable.
  • Excellent academic background.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in tutoring or mentoring is a plus.
  • Demonstrates initiative and a determination to succeed.
  • Has a supportive and attentive attitude.
