Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to join a School near Stechford. This role is full time starting in September for the full academic year.

A successful candidate will have an open mind in covering a range of subjects throughout the school daily - whilst maintaining excellent behaviour and classroom management skills.

QTS/PGCE is desirable but not essential - Past Secondary School Experience is a must!

Daily Tasks will include:

- Delivering planned lessons
- Be adaptable to cover a range of subjects at the last minute
- Strong in behaviour management
- Building relationships with staff & pupils
- Helping pupils achieve high performance in the lead up to GCSE exams

Salary: £100.00-£150.00 per day
