Equal Education Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to join our team in West Wales. As a Cover Supervisor, you will work in various schools in the area, providing support and supervision to pupils in the absence of their regular teachers.

You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible manner, accepting assignments on a day-to-day basis. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for maintaining classroom order and engaging students in their learning.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure students remain on task
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and support students with their work
  • Encourage student participation and maintain a positive learning environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with secondary school students
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments
  • Fluency in Welsh language is preferred
