Key Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the school by covering lessons for absent teachers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring that students remain engaged and focused.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Assisting students with their work and providing guidance when needed.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate staff members.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of education.
