• Location: Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire
• Start Date: September 2024
• Role Type: Full-time, long-term commitment (with potential for permanent placement)
• Salary: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and support classes: Oversee students during teacher absences, ensuring they remain engaged and on task.
• Implement lesson plans: Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom activities.
• Maintain classroom order: Uphold school policies and manage student behaviour effectively.
• Support student learning: Provide assistance to students as they complete their work and foster a positive learning environment.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach: We need individuals who can manage classrooms and handle various tasks efficiently.
• Experience in an educational setting: Prior experience working in a school or similar environment is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills: You should be able to interact positively with students and staff.
• Adaptability and resilience: Flexibility to handle different subjects and classroom environments.
