Are you an experienced educator with a passion for working with secondary-aged students? We are looking for dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team in Ripley, starting in September. This role is perfect for those who want to work around their own availability while making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage Key Stage 3 and 4 students during teacher absences.
Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
Implement and deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher.
Ensure student behavior is managed effectively in line with school policies.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have previous experience working with secondary-aged students and classroom management.
Flexibility: Ability to work on short notice.
Driving: Preferred, due to the potential for last-minute calls for cover.
Availability: Ongoing, as this is a role with continuous staffing needs.
