Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Redditch

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference in the classroom? Do you have the skills to manage and inspire students while their regular teacher is absent? We’re looking for a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic secondary school in Redditch!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task and engaged .
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behavior in line with school policies .
  • Support students with their learning, providing guidance and assistance as needed .
  • Work closely with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning and a smooth classroom experience .
  • Contribute to the overall school community by supporting extra-curricular activities and events .

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting .
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills ?.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to motivate students .
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subjects and year groups .
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and productive learning environment .
