We have reopened our registration process for providing Cover Supervisors in educational settings throughout Wiltshire. Daily supply positions are available, with the potential for these roles to transition into permanent positions. The Ideal candidates must have:
- Experience working in an educational setting is advantageous.
- Previous experience as a cover supervisor is required.
- Experience working with Children in secondary education
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Follow the lesson plan provided by the class teacher.
- Ensure that students complete the assigned activities and tasks.
- Foster and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student behaviour and address any instances of disruptive behaviour promptly.
- Offer support and assistance to students in understanding instructions, clarifying concepts, and providing guidance as necessary.
- Deliver feedback when appropriate and report any concerns to the class teacher.
- Collect and return completed work to the class teacher.
- Strictly adhere to child protection policies and report any concerns to the relevant staff and authorities.
