Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)-this is essential
• Provide 2 professional references - this is essential
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad - this is essential
• Relevant Qualifications including a degree and teaching qualifications (e.g., PGCE).
• Essential experience of teaching in a secondary setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Secondary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Strong commitment and a positive attitude towards the role and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subjects and year groups, following the school's curriculum and lesson plans
• Provide cover and deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and school staff
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students in different classrooms
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery and student support
