Job title: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN), Band 6
Location: Highlands of Scotland
Rate: £40 per hour
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, full-time hours

Role overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to support a rural community in one of the most scenic parts of the UK. You’ll work as part of a local team, managing a community caseload, carrying out assessments, and supporting people with mental health needs across the Highlands.

Key duties:

  • Community-based caseload management

  • Mental health assessments and care planning

  • Liaison with GPs and wider services

  • Crisis support where required

  • Travel to remote patient locations

Requirements:

  • NMC registration (RMN)

  • CPN experience, ideally in a rural settings

  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

  • Valid PVG membership

  • Comfortable working independently in remote areas
