Crazy Golf Attendant

We are looking for an attendant to run and maintain the Pitch & Putt kiosk, course and crazy golf course based at Waterside in Swindon.

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10:30am - 18:30pm.

ASAP start until November 2024 initially.

The Role

Your main duties will include:

• Running the pitch and putt kiosk - selling tickets (handling cash), issuing equipment, and engaging with the public for general information.
• Course maintenance - setting up and closing down the courses, operating the sprinker systems, mowing (ride on and push) plus some vegetation management.
• Secondary duties will be to assist with the wider tasks within the country park, only when all the pitch and putt duties have been covered.
• Secondary duties will include cleaning toilets and BBQs, emptying bins, litter picking and statutory safety checks.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good timeskeeping and organisational skills.
• Self motivated and have adequate numeracy skills to handle cash confidently.
• Excellent communication skills are required as you will be dealing with the general public and enquiries on a daily basis.
• A driving license is desirable for this role.
