Are you an Art and Design Technology Graduate Would you like to work within a classroom environment supporting class Teachers We have an exciting opportunity to work within a high-achieving Secondary school with state-of-the-art the Art Design.

The Schools are looking to appoint a proactive and experienced Facilities manager to service two of their school in a small cluster group. The Facilities Manager will join friendly, dynamic and collaborative teams. You will work with and be responsible for ensuring that the estate is well maintained and where relevant, competent contractors engaged to provide services. The schools are wonderful co-educational schools located in West London.

• A good Honours degree or industry standard equivalent qualification
• Be open to participating in relevant training
• Be available for relevant academy meetings as required
• Salary dependent on current pay scale
• Engage in the performance and development review process, Proactively identifying learning and training needs in consultation with your line manager
• Have genuine enthusiasm for Art, Design and Technology with a strong work ethic.
• Have effective collaboration with adults and students alike
• Proficient in CAD/CAM operations
• Skilled in 2D Design, sketch up and Adobe suite
