CREATIVE DESIGNER

Location: On-site in London, Bristol, or Manchester
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Engagement: 4-6 Weeks at the Beginning of Each Quarter
Days On-site: 3 Days per Week
Rate: £350 - £400 per Day

Concept Resourcing are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join one of our central government clients on a contract basis, contributing to their projects at pivotal times throughout the year.

As a Creative Designer, you will work on-site 3 days a week in London, Bristol, or Manchester. Engaging intensely during 4-6 week bursts at the start of each quarter. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-impact visual content that aligns with brand vision and campaign goals.

• Concept Development: Create and develop innovative design concepts for various campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual outputs.
• Collaborative Design: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to produce cohesive and effective design solutions.
• Project Execution: Lead design projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Feedback Integration: Actively participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine and enhance design deliverables.

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a creative design role, preferably within the Public Sector.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or other relevant design tools.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including branding, digital, and print.
• Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to generate and implement innovative design ideas.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts and engaging in constructive feedback.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
