Creative Designer Permanent Full-Time

Salary - Circa £45,000 DOE
Location - Hybrid, London

We're delighted to be working with our client who specialise in the communication of brand identity through three-dimensional design. Our client undertakes projects on behalf of premium global brands and of retailers in both the domestic and the travel-retail channels.

Due to organic growth, they are now looking to increase their design resource and are looking for a creative designer, with the ability to provide intelligent design solutions and ideas from sketches or designs provided by their clients.

This opportunity offers hybrid working and the expectations are to be within the office at least 2 to 3 times a week.

Responsibilities, but are not limited to

• From a client brief formulate the 'big idea either a theme for a promotional activation, the choice of an appropriate GWP (gift with purchase) or the creation of a relevant and suitable design language
• Translation of the 'big idea' in 2D or 3D which can be your own or from internal collaborative sessions or directly from the client. You will articulate this idea in a physical format that is aesthetically pleasing
• Once the design principles for a particular brand have been established, you will need to apply this to different situations which could range from a single object to a whole environment
• You will create visualisations that can take the form of 3DSMax CGI visuals, Illustrator or InDesign visuals, or free-hand sketches

Experiences required

• Must be highly proficient in Autodesk 3ds Max to produce high quality photo realistic renders or similar software from: Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, SketchUp or ZBrush
• Must have a creative background in retail design or Point of Sale (POS), or retail furniture design
• Must have working knowledge of the Adobe Suite including InDesign & Illustrator
