My client is seeking a dynamic and skilled marketing professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on web updates, Google Analytics, Paid Ads, social media management, email marketing, graphic design, and promotional video creation. This role requires a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Web Updates:

    • Maintain, update, and upload website content to ensure information is current and accurate.
    • Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features and enhancements.
  2. Google Analytics:

    • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.
    • Generate regular reports and provide insights to improve website performance and user experience.
  3. Paid Ads:

    • Develop, implement, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
    • Track and analyze the performance of ad campaigns, optimizing for best results.
  4. Social Media Management:

    • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
    • Create and schedule engaging content, monitor interactions, and respond to comments and messages.
  5. Email Marketing:

    • Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns.
    • Use email marketing tools to segment audiences, personalize content, and track campaign performance.
  6. Graphic Design:

    • Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, and presentations.
    • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
  7. Promotional Video Creation:

    • Produce and edit promotional videos to support marketing campaigns and brand awareness.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and scripts.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, web updates, and content management.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of Meta ADS and experience in managing social media ad campaigns.
  • Expertise in social media management with a track record of growing and engaging online communities.
  • Skilled in email marketing, with experience using platforms such as Mailchimp, Zoho, or similar.
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Experience in video production and editing, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.

Education:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications or courses in digital marketing, social media management, and graphic design are a plus.
