Our client is one of the fastest-growing Influencer Agencies in the UK and they are now recruiting for their rapidly growing Influencer Marketing Agency team, looking for a Creative Social Strategist.

Please note this is an office based role. Hours are 09:30-17:30 Monday-Friday with an early finish on Friday.

Primary Goal

Support the growth of key client accounts and new business pitches through gold-standard creative ideas, social strategy and knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape.

Creative Strategy:

  • Creating creator social strategy for both retained clients and new business briefs.
  • Translating client’s strategic marketing and communication plan into a more social-led approach via engaging content ideas and viral creator campaigns.
  • Providing a strategic recommendation on both organic and paid creator campaigns.

Research, Platforms and Trends:

  • Researching successful and viral campaigns to implement new social ideas and strategies within their work.
  • Supporting their strategic thinking with social insights and industry reports.
  • Showcasing a deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, tools and content executions (TikTok, Meta, and YouTube) in all work created.
  • Staying current with platform trends, updates, news, and viral content formats that brands and creators are leveraging and feeding this into strategy and briefs.
  • Providing social media consultancy, i.e. explaining platform/channel updates to your clients, ensuring they know how features work and how they can be best utilised in line with campaign objectives.

Pitching and Communication:

  • Leading kick-off calls with clients to establish business and social media objectives & KPIs.
  • Selling in your strategy by taking clients with you on a journey of how you got there.
  • Working closely with the Delivery Team and Content Creators across clients to ensure strategies are being implemented successfully.
  • Working closely with the Design Team to bring the creative and strategy to life in proposals and pitches.

Reporting:

  • Analysing social media metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of existing campaigns to ensure all strategic recommendations are data-driven
  • Analysing successful and viral campaign case studies to implement new social ideas and strategies.
