Our client, is a highly regarded remote social marketing agency, seeks a seasoned Creative Strategist to join their collaborative team. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your expertise in brand storytelling on social media to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and amplify brand presence.
This agency work on a remote basis, however the ideal candidate must be located in the UK with full right to work. The agency offer unlimited holidays, agency wide holidays, flexible working + more! Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven content strategies that align with each client's unique brand identity, objectives, and target audience across social platforms.
- Lead the ideation and production of high-performing content, including user-generated content (UGC), video, static imagery, and motion graphics, ensuring all assets seamlessly integrate with the brand narrative.
- Foster strong, collaborative client relationships by actively listening to understand their vision and translating it into impactful content experiences.
- Balance creative excellence with performance optimization, ensuring content resonates with audiences and delivers measurable results.
- Stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving social media landscape, identifying and integrating innovative approaches into content strategies for a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social creative direction within advertising, with a successful track record in social media content development in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to translate brand values and objectives into compelling content across diverse formats.
- Strong leadership skills with the experience to manage and motivate a team of creative professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating complex creative concepts and strategies to clients at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media success.
