Fully remote (3-week training period in Glasgow city centre)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Credit Administrator to join our rapidly growing client specialising in business sales. After an initial training period in Glasgow, this role will transition to fully remote, providing you with the convenience of working from home and avoiding rush hour commutes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers regarding outstanding payments via phone and email
- Generating customer statements
- Collecting payments from customers
- Collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve issues and queries
- Identifying and flagging potential customers for litigation
- Monitoring and tracking overdue payments

Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A passion for customer service and a fast-paced environment
- A desire to apply administrative skills in a finance-related role
