Ambition are supporting a leading law firm with their recruitment for a Credit Administror, to support their busy Credit Control team on a 12 month FTC. This role is ideal for someone who has completed their A Levels and is now ready to start their finance career, within a team which offers the opportunity to learn, develop and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the firm's credit control processes.
  • Assising with the recovery of outstanding debts.
  • Liaising with clients and internal departments to resolve payment issues.
  • Preparing and sending out monthly statements and reminder letters.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all credit control activities.
  • Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Recent college leaver with A Levels.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is not required
