Juice are delighted to be supporting a reputable and award winning employer with a new addition to the team.

This role is situated within a wider operational team and will support the Credit control and risk function of the business.

Situated within a short walk from Bath City Centre, this role is office based.

DAY TO DAY:

Ensuring customer enquires are managed within agreed timescales

Dealing with business to business customers over the phone and email

Helping the credit team with raising contracts using templates

Raising and issuing letters and documents through the CRM

Maintaining updates to the customer contracts regularly, ensuring all compliance and GDPR is up to date

Liaising with 3rd party suppliers / agents where assets need collecting

Calculating end of contract and settlement fees via the database

Liaising with insolvency 3rd parties where required, providing information

Taking and processing payments and updating databases

Other ad-hoc duties as required

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

Administration and or customer service experience in retail, hospitality or commercial sector

A desire to work within finance or administration

Accuracy and attention to detail & ability to follow processes

A quick learner

Someone who is able to learn new CRM / databases quickly- good MS Outlook, Word and Excel
