Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to work for a well established company based in Redhill, Surrey. The Credit Control job is temp for initially 2-3 months. The Credit Control support role will be working as part of their Credit Control team and is ideal for someone with proven Credit Control, Collections and Finance - Customer Services support experience.

Pay rate: £14-15.30 per hour + holiday pay

Duration: 2-3 months, temp

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday

Location: Redhill - office based

Credit Control duties:

  • Ensure credit control - collection procedures are administered - chasing of debts
  • Monitoring and prioritisation of the ledger
  • Setting up manual Direct Debits and following up on rejected direct debits
  • Build and develop customer relationships
  • Working closely with the Credit and Collections team
  • Handling customer payment / debt queries
  • Sending copy invoices

Skills and experience:

  • Proven credit control / collections / finance / accounts assistant type experience
  • Strong MS skills - Excel and Word
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
