???????Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are actively recruiting for a Credit Control Supervisor who is fluent in French to join our reputable and thriving Client. The role will be carrying out the role of Credit Controller as well as administrative duties and leading the team by example.

This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a small team of Credit Controllers
• Resolution of escalated queries or disputes
• Adherence to the Company’s credit and collection procedures
• Monitoring of sales ledger
• Overseeing of credit applications
• Maintenance of customer accounts; ensuring all information is accurate and notes are detailed on each debtor showing recent actions and agreements and carrying forward previous notes
• Chasing overdue debts by email and telephone in line with Company procedures
• Sending out monthly financial statements
• Allocation of cash
• Provision of ad-hoc reports

Skills and attributes required:

• Previous Credit Control and People Management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• Fluent in French
• Well organised and self-motivated
