This position is for a diligent and proactive Credit Control Supervisor to lead a team within the Accounting & Finance department of a manufacturing and production business. The role is based in Milton Keynes and is a permanent position.

Description
Credit Control Supervisor
- Oversee daily operations of the credit control team.
- Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure prompt payments.
- Implement and uphold credit control procedures and policies.
- Train and develop team members to achieve their potential.
- Provide regular reports on debt status to senior management.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve outstanding queries.
- Drive continuous improvement within the credit control function.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and practices.
Profile
A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Accounting & Finance.
- Experience leading a team within a not-for-profit organisation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of credit control processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- An analytical mind with attention to detail.
