This position is for a diligent and proactive Credit Control Supervisor to lead a team within the Accounting & Finance department of a manufacturing and production business. The role is based in Milton Keynes and is a permanent position.

Description

Credit Control Supervisor

• Oversee daily operations of the credit control team.
• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure prompt payments.
• Implement and uphold credit control procedures and policies.
• Train and develop team members to achieve their potential.
• Provide regular reports on debt status to senior management.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve outstanding queries.
• Drive continuous improvement within the credit control function.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and practices.

Profile

A successful Credit Control Supervisor should have:

• A degree in a relevant field such as Accounting & Finance.
• Experience leading a team within a not-for-profit organisation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of credit control processes and procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
• An analytical mind with attention to detail.
