Our client is a leading law firm seeking a Credit Control Supervisor to work in a fully remote role. You will lead our collections team, oversee activities, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal Credit Control Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Manage and develop team to maximise collections
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and solve complex issues
  • Create clear reports and manage team's bad debt provision
  • Represent the team in client meeting

The ideal Credit Control Supervisor will have:

  • Supervisory/team leader experience in law firm – essential
  • Experience with financial systems and leading change.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
