Citadel Source are supporting a well establish client in the North Bristol area to appoint a Credit Controller Supervisor to join friendly team.Our client is looking for a someone who demonstrate exceptional communication skills and have a brilliant attention to detail.
About you
You will have background in credit control, you will be assertive and be able to influence others with strong communication skills. Crucial requirements for this role include exceptional telephone manners, experience in training and managing staff, meeting monthly KPIs, and the ability to confidently handle customer enquiries. For the right individual this is a great opportunity to obtain further finance experience.
The Role
As a Credit Control Supervisor your role will include but not limited to:
- Providing coaching, guidance, and training to a team of Credit Controllers to ensure high-quality, efficient work is maintained in the accounts receivable department
- Provide accurate, timely, and accurate billing, collections, and reconciliations for a portfolio of customer accounts
- Assist with the monitoring and analysis of ARaging reports, identifying and addressing delinquent accounts, as well as coordinating with the team, customer service, and sales to resolve disputes
- Collect past-due accounts, refer accounts to solicitors, and send follow-ups to the wider business
- Present regular accounts receivable reports to management and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Establishing credit limits for customers, approving credit applications, conducting credit checks, and managing risk
- Responsible for leading bi-weekly debtor meetings with the team and reporting to the credit manager on the results

- A salary level of £31,000 - £36,500
