Annie A Recruitment are working with an organisation based in Mansfield to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis into their team. Working in a friendly team you will report into the Credit Supervisor and will be responsible for you own ledger.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience of working in a Credit Control or Sales Administration position or have previously worked in Credit Control and are looking to return. Full training and support will be offered for the successful candidate.

Duties include:

  • Minimise overdue and aged debt by ensuring customers operate within authorised terms and credit limits.
  • Chasing customers via telephone, letter and email
  • Accurate posting and allocation of receipts
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Investigate and report any deductions
  • Identify and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments and external parties in a professional and efficient manner
  • Opening New account
  • Requesting and maintaining credit insurance
  • Credit check customer accounts daily
  • Maintain high level of customer service
  • Highlight areas for improvement in relation to policies, processes and systems
  • Providing reports and analysis of the debt portfolio
